2. What data we collect
- Data you provide us by filling in the contact form: first and last name, email, reason for contact and message content.
- Email, when you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Event registration data (where applicable): name, email and other information needed to take part.
- Browsing data, collected through cookies and statistical tools (see the Cookie Policy): pages visited, device, aggregated technical data.
We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health data) unless strictly necessary and with your authorisation (e.g. a medical certificate for an event, handled separately).
3. Why we process your data (purposes and legal basis)
- To respond to your requests sent via the form or by email — legal basis: response to your request / pre-contractual measures.
- To send you the newsletter — legal basis: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
- To manage event registration — legal basis: performance of the contract/requested service.
- Statistics and improvement of the site — legal basis: consent (statistical cookies) or legitimate interest, depending on the case.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact requests: for the time needed to handle the request and for 24 months afterwards.
- Newsletter subscription: for as long as you remain subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.
- Event data: for the duration of the event and related obligations.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We may entrust it to providers who supply services to us, acting as data processors:
- Website hosting: SiteGround.
- Newsletter service: MailerLite (email marketing provider).
- Form management: Fluent Forms; email delivery: Gmail / Google Workspace.
- Statistics: Google Analytics (Google).
Some providers may process data outside the European Union: in that case we ensure that the safeguards required by the GDPR are in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right to request at any time: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, portability, and to withdraw your consent.
